Hi, I'm OhhSeven. With several years of experience managing and developing Minecraft servers, I specialise in both the technical and organisational sides of network operations, building optimised, stable servers while coordinating teams, planning updates, and maintaining projects long-term.

I've always enjoyed the process of creating and running servers just as much as the end result. I like taking ideas that start out as rough concepts and turning them into something more structured and enjoyable for players. I enjoy being involved in the parts that keep a project running forward, whether that's managing teams, solving technical issues, planning updates, or improving the overall experience.

Regarding management, I focus on not just keeping things running smoothly and maintaining proffesionalism, but actually improving old processes and creating systems that make teams work more efficiently.

On the development side, I have experience building systems that go behond just functioning. I prioritise stability and optimisation above all.
